Six services, à la carte or as full management
Each one stands alone and works better with the others. Here is exactly what every line covers, what is included and what is not.

What we take on

Listing creation and optimisation
Styling, photography, description, house rules and the full set-up of the listing.

Booking management
Calendar synchronisation, guest replies, screening and payout tracking.

Welcome, check-in and check-out
Guided or self check-in, keys, walk-through of the flat and inspection on departure.

Turnover cleaning
Complete reset of the flat, consumables restocked and a check before each arrival.

Laundry and household linen
Collection, professional washing, pressing, rotation stock and putting the linen back.

Support 7 days a week and small repairs
A line open to guests for the whole stay, incidents recorded and tradespeople followed.

À la carte, or the whole keyring
An owner who lives in Marseille and enjoys meeting guests often keeps the welcome and hands over only the cleaning and the linen: those are the first two things to break down when two departures fall on the same day.
An owner based far away, or with several properties, hands over everything. The listing is maintained, bookings are screened, guests are received, the flat is reset and the linen rotates without them opening an app.
Anything in between is possible. The one rule we hold to: whatever we take on, we cover fully. We do not take a cleaning job without securing the slot that goes with it, nor a listing without being able to answer the guests it attracts.
The scope is fixed after the viewing, once we know how many turnovers the flat can take, where the keys live and how it is equipped for linen.
Scope in three questions
Can we start with a single service?
Yes, and it is often the best trial. Many owners begin with cleaning and linen for one season, then widen the scope once they see the time it gives them back. The opposite is just as easy: a scope can be reduced without discussion if you take something back.
Do you manage several flats for the same owner?
Yes, as long as the turnovers stay workable: two simultaneous departures in distant neighbourhoods need a wider window. We would rather announce a timing constraint in advance than promise a check-in we could not keep.
Do you work on a flat that is still being renovated?
We can visit and advise on layout, equipment and linen during the works — that is exactly the right moment. The listing, however, only goes live once the flat is genuinely fit to receive guests, with photographs to prove it.
Tell us what you want to let go of
You keep the rest. We build the scope around whatever weighs on you.
