How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 hours for a written enquiry, and far faster by phone or WhatsApp during working hours. If you call during a turnover, leave a message: we call back as soon as the flat has been handed to the next guest.
Is the viewing chargeable?
No. The viewing and the estimate that comes with it are free and commit you to nothing. We tell you what the property can expect and what would be worth changing, even if you then decide to manage it yourself.
