Six pigeonholes, one keyring
Private concierge work, short-let management, premium services: each one stands on its own or comes as full management. Either way there is one number to call, and nobody else to chase.

Listing creation and optimisation
Styling the flat, shooting it, writing the description and setting up the whole listing on the booking platforms.

Booking management
Synchronised calendars, replies to enquiries, guest screening and follow-up of platform payouts.

Welcome, check-in and check-out
Keys handed over in person or through a secure box, walk-through of the flat, full inspection on departure.

Turnover cleaning
Full reset of the flat, consumables restocked and a room-by-room check before every arrival.

Laundry and household linen
Sheets and towels rotated, professionally washed, pressed and put back exactly where they belong.

Support 7 days a week and small repairs
Guests helped within the hour, incidents recorded, tradespeople called and followed until the flat works again.
A holiday let is a full-time job
A flat rented by the night changes occupant every two or three days. Enquiries must be answered within the hour, the calendar cannot afford a single gap, the flat has to be reset between arrivals, clean linen has to appear, a guest who cannot find the light switch at midnight has to be reassured, and a plumber has to be found on a Sunday in August.
An owner with another job does not keep that pace for long. A poorly rated listing slips down the results, gaps open in the calendar, and the flat earns less than a long-term tenancy would — for far more effort.
Mila Prestige Conciergerie takes that load off entirely. You keep control of your calendar and your rates, you decide who sleeps in your home; we do the work on the ground, with the care of a house that receives guests.

You enjoy your investment, we take care of the rest
A personal service, a premium standard of quality and respect for a home that is not ours. Here is what that means, concretely, for an owner.
Time given back
Enquiries, arrivals, turnovers and surprises no longer reach you. You get your evenings and your weekends back.
No day-to-day management
Nothing to open, nothing to watch, no app to check. The flat runs, and you are told when something deserves your decision.
Better reviews
A guest properly received, a flat that matches its photographs and a fast answer during the stay: those are the three things that lift a rating.
Optimised income
Rates tuned to the season and the demand, a calendar kept without gaps, and costed recommendations to improve the occupancy rate.
Responsiveness every day
A line answered 7 days a week for guests and for you, including the Sundays and bank holidays when everything ends up happening.
Your home respected
What gets damaged is recorded and photographed, what is spent is documented, and nothing is repaired or thrown away without you knowing.
Eight stages, from the viewing to the season review
The same sequence for every property entrusted to us. Nothing is left to chance, and you always know where your flat stands.
01

What owners ask first
Do I keep control of my calendar and my rates?
Rates and blocked dates remain your decision. We suggest adjustments when the season, a long weekend or a major Marseille event calls for it, but nothing changes without your approval. You can book your own flat at any time.
Do I have to hand over every service?
No. Some owners handle guest messages themselves and give us only the cleaning and the linen; others hand over everything. We build from the six services, and the scope is revisited whenever your availability changes.
What happens if a guest damages something?
The flat is inspected after every departure. Any damage is reported to you with photographs the same day, and we open the claim provided by the booking platform or by your insurer, depending on the case. Nothing is repaired behind your back.
Does my flat need particular equipment?
At minimum, two sets of linen per bed to absorb the turnovers, a secure way to hold the keys, and a flat genuinely fit to receive guests. During the viewing we list what is missing and you are free to buy it yourself or leave it to us.
Hand your flat to a turnkey solution
A viewing, an honest estimate of the rental potential, a scope cut to your needs — and then you decide.
Write to the desk
Describe your flat in a few lines: size, neighbourhood, number of beds and what you would like to hand over. We reply within 24 hours.
